Sam McFadyen works with and for clients who have suffered accidents that have resulted in catastrophic and life-changing injuries.

As a senior solicitor his expertise is facilitating early rehabilitation to ensure the best possible recovery and a return to independent living.

Sam will often visit his clients in hospital where their injuries and the long-term consequences are being assessed and in many cases it will be the start of a very personal relationship lasting many years.

Daisy Lawford
MS3 network

I am absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted for the Customer Hero award!  I have recently been promoted to Senior Service Specialist at MS3 Networks - I strive to deliver for our customers, and want to make sure they have an excellent experience.

I handle most of our customer escalations at MS3, making sure that the customer received regular updates, and that resolutions are met as quickly as possible. I am certainly a “people person” so I really enjoy speaking with customers as well as residents and offering them as much support as I can.

Another thing I am very passionate about, is making things better for customers – I believe there is always room for improvement which is why I welcome feedback.

Good luck to everyone else who has been nominated for an award!”
